What to bring or wear!
Bring a water bottle. For AERIAL CLASSES wear leggings and a fitted shirt or long sleeve shirt. For POLE CLASSES shorts or leggings that can be pulled up over the knees and any top, t-shirt, tank-top, or sports bra. Bare feet are recommended. Do NOT wear anything with zippers, rhinestones, or other embellishments that may damage the fabric. Jewelry is NOT allowed. Pole and Aerial classes are appropriate for many people, but should not be practiced by people who have uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma or are in the first trimester of pregnancy without consulting with a doctor first. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or limitations.
We operate under a 4 hour class cancellation policy. Fees will be applied for all Late Cancels & No Shows. See Guidelines & Policies tab for more details. If a class only has 3 people signed up 2 hours before the start time, that class is subject to cancellation. If the class is cancelled, your class credit will remain on your account to be used for another class.

Class Levels
To ensure proper safety, progression, & confidence, each class is tailored to a certain level. However, as you move through each level it is important to continue to focus on foundations so we encourage students at every level to continue to attend Intro & Beginner classes. Below is a small description for each level. Please check class descriptions & pre-requisites before signing up.
Intro (Introductory) - For the first timer or anyone that wants to finetune the basics! These classes introduce you to the studio, the apparatus, and foundational moves to gain strength and confidence.
Beginner - Continue to work on foundational moves and start to take flight! MUST attend Intro classes before moving into beginner level classes.
Intermediate - Get comfortable being airborne! MUST attend Intro & Beginner level classes and pass a skills test with an Instructor.
Advanced - Feel strong & confident while remaining in the air! MUST pass a skills test with an Instructor.

Aerial Silks
Learn to how climb and suspend your body just using the fabric. Wrap your wrists, body and feet from the ground. As you build strength and familiarity with the fabric, you will begin your airborne journey! You will increase your body awareness, coordination and flexibility. Modifications and progressions will be given on an individual basis.
Aerial Hammock
You will be utilizing a fabric hammock (sling) to learn various tricks, poses, and sequences. Classes include floor exercises, standing exercises, balances and suspended postures. The fabric is used throughout the practice to help support and guide the body. All levels welcome and encouraged!
Lyra or Aerial Hoop
Aerial hoop (Lyra) is a metal hoop that is suspended from the ceiling. In this class, you will develop and build upper body, core and grip strength plus flexibility and heighten your body awareness. You will learn lyra terminology, body placement and how to safely get into and out of the lyra. As you progress, you will learn progressions on moves, working on a broader range of motion and more strength.

Pole Dance
Get introduced to your new dance partner – the pole. Get in shape quickly through a variety of moves, spins, climbs and floor work. Strengthen and tone your entire body and improve flexibility and body awareness. As you progress, you’ll learn how to prep for inversion and more advanced moves. At the end of every class, you’ll be able to practice what you’ve learned, on your own during the free dance time.
